GOING HOME TO INDIA Though I am the holder of an American passport I often assert that I am a proper Indian. I grew up in India, and for more than 20 years I have divided my time between Seattle, Washington, US and Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh, India. Both countries are home. Yet, you may wonder, why do I consider myself to be Indian? The Cassini spacecraft captured this image of Earth peeking out between Saturn’s rings at 1:41 a.m. Eastern time on April 12, 2017 when the solar system explorer was 870 million miles from home. This is how small and fragile Planet Earth is, even within our own solar system. Surely we can solve our problems and live as brothers and sisters on our tiny globe.
